Zero Style is a record label based in Whanganui-a-Tara/ Wellington. Launched by John Dimery in 2012 the label focussed on local and overseas punk – Cemetery, Slimy Member (USA), Masses (AUS) – post-punk, sludge-metal and experimental noise released on cassette in limited editions. Dimery also used the label as a DIY means to publish the music of bands he was in: Johnny and The Felchers, Numbskull, Raw Panic, Poverty & Spit and his solo projects The Hag and Huge Mutant.
Zero Style released two compilations, Messed Up Mixtape, an album made of five bands who toured the South Island in October 2014; and Wiped Out, a tribute to American band The Wipers.
