The ‘Holding’ demo was a 4-song release, the first; it came out in January 2007, I think. I still really like the design and layout of that CD, and I think the recording was rawer and more direct than when those tracks were re-done as part of the subsequent album, Weight. Otis Chamberlain did Holding at Black Note on Cuba Street in Wellington.
