The Steroids released this third and final single in November, 1981, shortly before they broke up. The band’s sound on tracks “Shadows<\/em>” and “A Sign Of The Times<\/em>” has left behind the basic three chord punk of their first single, Mr Average\/ Out Of Control<\/a><\/strong> (1980) adding synths into the mix and pointing to the future direction of Jimson and Drey when they founded seminal synth band The Body Electric<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
